The objectives

VIASANTÉ wanted to find new sources of growth via digital technology by setting up a subscription tunnel common to all of its offers.

Our answer

Luminess (formerly Jouve) has redesigned the online subscription process and now allows policyholders to subscribe more smoothly to online health services according to their profile: individual, worker, self-employed, territorial agent and manager. 'business.

This 100% digital offer facilitates the user experience by allowing them to save time, while guaranteeing the security of the data processed. Thanks to this module, the customer can select the offer best suited to his situation, generate his contract and sign it in just a few clicks. This solution is the result of the work of different Luminess teams, thus combining various expertise:

  •     the UX-UI agency for the design of the courses;
  •     IT teams for the development of the Drupal 8 base;
  •     the integration of the Yousign electronic signature and finally hosting and outsourcing.

Supporting social protection actors to define their user paths and increase their online subscriptions, this is our ambition at Luminess.
